This is a 13x11.5 drawing of a skull on some cloth. The first layer on this drawing is gradients made with different pencils ranging from 2H to 8B. Once all the details and gradients were completed I added a yellow/brown wash over the skull, and a red/brown wash over the cloth. The colors really allowed for each thing to pop out and I thought made it even more classical. My details and gradients turned out to be really good. I also enjoyed the simplicity between the white background and the rest of it. The one thing I could have done better is maybe applied the wash a bit more evenly. It was my first time doing a wash so it was hard to tell if it was right or not.
My concentration is shiny and chrome steel life such as weights, and rendering them in prisma color and/or charcoal.

It lost some detail in this photo :(, but not too much.
